Client: Orbit Housing (RSL) 

A regeneration scheme within conservation area, town centre of Kettering.

Planning requirements called for a sympathetic architectural response for the dwellings on this site and a bespoke has been produced accordingly, featuring traditional style houses and a focal apartment building.

As the scheme has been prepared on behalf of Orbit Housing, RDC have completed the HQI assessment for the properties.

This scheme is currently within the planning determination period and RDC are responsible for the design, planning and working drawing disciplines.
