RDC is a multi disciplinary consultancy that specialises in the efficient delivery of residential projects. We recognise that the client is the most important member of the project team and this is central to our client centred service.

Our company philosophy is to approach design pragmatically with the goal of delivering an inspirational solution.

Formed in 2004, we have over 30 years combined experience in the field of residential design gained through years spent working with both plc and private companies.

We work across the whole spectrum of residential design from individuals seeking their dream home to small developers and national plc house builders. We are flexible enough to be able to tailor our service to large or small projects. We have considerable experience within Partnership Housing and understand the requirements of RSL’s tailoring our scheme designs accordingly. We offer an all encompassing service which includes HQI Assessment on behalf of the RSL.
