Shenley Common Farm and Oxley Park are on the western extent of Milton Keynes.
Totalling around 27 hectares, working with English Partnerships and Milton Keynes Partnerships, David Lock Associates and Milton Keynes Council to develop the detail master plan and associated design codes to ensure consistency across the grid square.
RDC have been retained by multiple developers to create the detailed Urban Design response for this expansion area and ongoing control of the planning process for the subsequent phases of development.
Oxley Park West looks to deliver 749 new dwellings, split across definite character areas - 10 phases in total.
