This substantial regeneration project on the site of a previously ‘failed’ residential neighbourhood and subsequently demolished was carried out in conjunction with Telford and Wrekin planning, Highways and English Partnerships to achieve planning approval for a high quality 191 dwelling scheme.

A range of house types reflecting the stronger local vernacular areas were produced. An extensive public consultation period carefully considered the views and feedback from local residents.
