Brown Field re-development of former warehouse site that burnt down many years ago and had remained ‘redundant’ for many years.

Windfall site that has had to comply with stringent criteria with particular regard to Environmental Standards, Police Preferred Specification, Lifetime Homes, Affordable SDS Housing and high quality Urban Design.

Given the lack of adjacent architectural merit, the site had to take a strong traditional reference from surrounding villages but incorporate a more urban response by the incorporation of a series of strong character zones and formal enclosure arrangements. The Urban Design response has been complimented with the use of modified house type treatments and bespoke dwelling designs where required.
