Part of the former Pratts Quarry, this major expansion site is located on the southern boundary of Leighton Buzzard.

Approved by appeal, RDC are working on behalf of Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon in conjunction with South Bedfordshire District Council, Bedfordshire County Council and ATLAS to develop the detail Master Plan, associated codes and appropriate phase design response.

The ongoing project looks to deliver around 1200 homes over a series of reserved matters applications.
