The Middlemore development area covers 75 acres (30 ha) and is approximately 11/2 miles north of Daventry town centre.

Site 15b required RDC to work very closely with West Northamptonshire Development Corporation to ensure the desired aspirations outlined within the site briefs were upheld within the planning proposal.

A carefully considered perimeter outward   facing form of layout was called for incorporating a high level of permeability and strong sense of place. A carefully considered vernacular architectural response completed the quality design response.
