Broughton Gate I1 and I2 is a flagship residential site of 190 units within the eastern expansion area of Milton Keynes. The development brief called for a contemporary response designed around a consistent theme. Working in conjunction with Milton Keynes Partnerships, Milton Keynes Council planners and our client a revised range of contemporary housetypes and apartments was produced.

This was based around a set of common contemporary details to achieve consistency. Through careful layout design the coverage requirements of the client were exceeded whilst remaining acceptable to the planners.
